Santa Hats
The boys have been having a great time playing with the Santa hats that we have in our house! They insisted on having their pictures taken with their hats on!
The one below is supposed to be Santa JJ asking Ben what he wants for Christmas! They are such goofballs!
New Boo-Boo for Ben
Our litte Ben managed to fracture his wrist this past weekend! He was up on top of his brother's bunk bed (where he is not supposed to be) and was throwing toys off! In the process, he managed to throw himself off the bed too! After watching him for awhile and then seeing that he wasn't able to use his left arm without complaining of it hurting, we rushed him off to the ER!! He was quite a trooper and did really well! He now has to have it wrapped up for the next three weeks and then we go back in for more x-rays!!
Decorating the Christmas Tree
We finally got around to buying a Christmas tree this weekend! The boys could not wait to decorate it!!! As soon as Ben was up from his nap it was tree decorating time!!! Mark's parents used to decorate their tree with glass ornaments and now that they are both gone...the tradition has been passed down to us! So this year we decorated our tree with tons of glass ornaments from Mark's parents. It was not the easiest thing to do with a two year old, but we managed to do the entire tree with not breakage!!!!

Later that night I managed to settle the boys down long enough to get a quick shot of all three of them!!!

Family Fun Day
On Friday, JJ had the day of school because of our high school football team going to state play-offs. So we decided to head off to the Kalahari Indoor theme park for the afternoon!! We had a great time and Lucas slept through the entire afternoon!

JJ was so excited when we went up to drive go-carts! The attendant said he was able to drive on his own! This was his first time! He did a lot of bumping but he had a blast!!

Lucas and I decided to take it easy while the boys played in the playland. He enjoyed a bottle and I enjoyed a massage in the massage chair!
First Day Home!
After getting checked out with the birth center staff and having them inspect our car seat we were free to go! We left the hospital Monday afternoon with baby Lucas!

Here is baby Lucas in his crib for the first time! He looked so tiny in there!
BB the cat could care less about the baby, she was just glad to have someone home that would give her some love!
JJ read some Junie B. Jones to the baby that night!
Ben of course had to help with everything!
The Newest Little Lancaster Arrives!
Lucas James Lancaster graced us with his arrival on November 14th at 10:39pm. He was 8 pounds 10 ounces and was 22 inches long. The length of labor was a little long for mommy, but overall everything went fine and Lucas was perfect upon arrival!

Below are pictures of all three boys! Mark and I made JJ and Ben t-shirts for their Big Brother gift bag!

Baby Ben
Mark spent most of his day Monday getting the rest of our old baby gear out of storage, cleaned up and ready to go for our impending new arrival. Ben helped him out by trying out all of the old baby gear and pretending to be a baby himself! We drew the line at him trying to sit in the baby bouncy seat! We are hoping that he gets this all out of his system, so when the baby does arrive, he won't want to play with all the baby stuff when the baby is in it! We can hope!

Pumpkin Carving Sunday
My mom and brother came down on Sunday and brought us 12 pumpkins to decorate the house with. In the afternoon we managed to carve 7 of them! Pumpkin seeds are everywhere in the house, but everyone had a great time!

Ben would not help to clean out the pumpkin, but he loved posing for pictures and he also loved eating the pumpkin pulp!

Ultrasound Pictures!!!
On Monday we went in for our 20 week ultrasound!! The tech was very nice and answered all of our questions and was very patient with Mark:) It was so neat because they have a TV on the wall to watch the ultrasound now so we got to see the whole thing! She pointed everything out to us and let us know that everything looked really good. She also could tell within a few minutes what sex the baby was. As for getting good pictures that proved a little more difficult. The baby kept putting his or her arms up in front of his or her face! Little stinker! At the end she let us know that the baby is about 15 ounces right now! She also put my due date at Nov. 15th, so pretty close to what the doctor said! We are now halfway through the pregnancy!!!
This is a shot of the baby's hand and one eye peeking out over the top!
This was a shot of the baby's face and then below you can see it's tummy and ribs. She was lucky to get this shot of the face.
